In the case of bimetallic barrel for melt, the carbon tungsten containing has been rasied from the previours 10% to 30% and 50% now, the processing length increased from 3000mm to 4000mm.
Our product adopts new generation technology HP/HVOF totally bimetallic coating spraying instead of PTA ridge spraying welding. WPT1 anti-corrosion type application: nylon, PVC,PC,PMMA etc. WPT2 resistant wearing and high tempera ture application: nylon with glass fiber magnetic powder, Al Mg powder, Bakelite injection and etc. WPT3 has WPT1 and WPT2 advantages.
