Description

Fiber spinning extruder screw polyester PET; Nylon PA6, PA66, PA1010; Nylon PP can be divided into filament, short fiber, irregular fiber, composite fiber, and deformed filament according to their geometric shapes. Long filaments are further divided into single filaments and double filaments
Monofilament: Only one filament, transparent, uniform, and thin.
Composite filament: Several single filaments combined to form a filament strip. Short fibers: Chemical fibers can be cut into fibers of various lengths and specifications during post spinning processing. Alien fibers: fibers with different cross-sections or hollow shapes made by changing the shape of the spinneret. Classified by purpose: ordinary fiber and special fiber. ordinary fiber: regenerated fiber, composite fiber. Special fiber: high temperature resistant fiber, high-strength fiber, high modulus fiber, and radiation resistant fiber.
