The raw material can be new and recycle, the material can compound calcium powder 5% - 300%.

Conical twin screw extruder cylinder and screw are made of high quality 38CrMoAIA, 42CrMo, 304 stainless steel and other materials from famous manufacturers at home and abroad. Advanced nitriding process, corrosion resistant and wear-resistant bimetal spraying process are adopted to meet the technical requirements. Specification optional SJS 51, SJS 55, SJS 65, SJS 80, and the hardness: HB240 degrees -280 degrees; nitride hardness: HV850 degrees -1000; nitriding depth: 0.45-0.7mm; brittle nitride: less than two grade; chrome layer thickness: 0.05-0.10mm.
